Admission Rules

  1. Registration forms are available at the school office. These forms are to be returned duly filled along with a date of birth certificate, last report card [when required] to the school office.
  2. Admission will depend entirely on the Principal, who may accept or reject any registration application without assigning a reason.
  3. Candidates selected for admission will be required to fill in the admission form and submit it along with the admission fees, T.C. Birth certificate, last report cart and 4 passport size photographs.
  4. All admission should be made by Guardians/Parents who will be responsible for timely payment of fees.
  5. No student who has previously attended another school, will be admitted without a Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
  6. Admission fees are those mentioned in the Fees Chart, annexed to the fee card and are subject to change, every year.
  7. A student should have completed 3 years of age on the 1st April of the school year before he/she is admitted into the Nursery class. A corresponding age is fixed for every successive class. Thus a child should be six years of age in class one, and sixteen years old when he/she completes class ten.
  8. In class Eleven, Provisional admission is given to students from any ICSE School in the country. This admission is based on their progress Report of classes Nine and Ten of their previous institution. The stream to be allotted is done by the college, based on the level of achievement in the required subjects. The admission becomes permanent only when the student submits a photocopy of the ICSE pass certificate. Admission is also granted to students of other Boards. However, admission is only considered permanent, when the council for the Indian school certificate Examination, New Delhi, issues an Eligibility certificate. This certificate is issued when (i) the student passes the Board Examination in ONE sitting and (ii) the student passes in English which is a compulsory subject.
  9. In class Eleven The courses offered are;- Science & Commerce.


Fee Rules

  1. Fee is payable for TWELVE MONTHS OF THE YEAR. THERE WILL BE NO EXEMPTION OR DUE DEDUCTION ON ACCOUNT OF BROKEN PERIODS, HOLIDAYS, OR ABSENCE DUE TO ANY CAUSE.
  2. Fees should be paid in cash into "The Fee Office" according to the Fee Chart.
  3. Fee must be paid by the 7th of the specified month. If 7th is a holiday, fees will be accepted on the next working day. After the 15th a fine Rs. 10/- will be charged for each month.
  4. Parents/Guardians are responsible to deposit the exact amount of fees mentioned in the fee chart.
  5. If a students fee is MORE THAN TWO MONTHS IN ARREARS, his/her name will be struck-off from the school Rolls. Hence Parents/Guardians who are facing a personal financial crisis, should place an application before the Principal prior to any such happenings requesting for the time not more than 15 days in any case but no application will be entertained in the month of march.
  6. Report card will not be issued if fees are in arrears.
  7. NO STUDENT will be ALLOWED TO APPEAR IN THE EXAMINATION IF TOTAL DUES ARE NOT CLEARED.
  8. In case of Re-admission, the full Admission Fee will be charged.
  9. In case the child's name is struck off the school register because of Rule 5, Rule 8 will be applicable after an application is given to the Principal and duly considered by the Managing committee of the institution.
  10. Parents/Guardians wishing to withdraw their children must give an application in ADVANCE along with Rs. 100/- else One Month's Tuition Fees plus Rs. 100/- will be charged in lieu of notice.
  11. FEES ONCE PAID, IS NOT REFUNDABLE, DUE TO ANY CAUSE.
